We bring you greetings on behalf of the Oh So Pretty ladies of the AXtraordinary Alpha Chi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to our AXquisite website as we look forward to a phenomenal year.
The Alpha Chi Chapter is known for her AXceptional service in the Durham Community and on the sloping hills of North Carolina Central University. Without the lovely Frances Eagleson, Marvelous 17, and her astounding graduate chapter, Alpha Zeta Omega, Alpha Chi would not be what she is today. Since Tuesday, February 23, 1932 women have been contributing to the outstanding HERstory of the Alpha Chi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Through Sisterhood we strive to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards while continuing the beautiful legacy Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc has passed down to us. Alpha Chi continues to provide programs throughout NCCU’s campus under Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s Program Targets: HBCU For Life: A Call To Action, Women's Healthcare and Wellness, Building Your Economic Legacy, The Arts, and Global Impact.

AN ODE TO AKA
A freshman at NCCU
a time when Alpha Kappa Alpha was all she knew
She researched other organizations, but she learned only AKA would do
So she continued searching and was finally given a chance
To spread her wings and dance
She met sisterhood on a deeper level than anyone had told
As she was introduced to Alpha Chi, new and old
Or seasoned sorors as we call them
The ones who serve as backbones or the vital stem
Into a beautiful Pink Tea Rose she and her sisters grew
As they realized it’s not what the chapter can do
But how they could give back too
So to Alpha Chi and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. we say thank you
